1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration

When creating an account on 4rabet app, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Registering with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated.

• Each individual may only hold One Account can be created.
• Members of the same household may register separate accounts; however, multiple accounts operated from the same device or IP address may be flagged as suspicious.
• The email address and mobile number provided during registration will be verified.
• To update any account details after registration, please contact the support team and submit the required supporting documents.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory — especially prior to making a withdrawal.

4rabet app reserves the right to reject any registration, particularly if the information provided is deemed inaccurate or the applicant is considered ineligible to use the platform.

3 Age Verification

4rabet app strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Account registration or use by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

We may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4rabet app is not liable for unauthorized use of an account. Users are solely responsible for any losses resulting from account credentials being accessed by a third party.

5 Deposit Policy

Only approved payment methods may be used to make deposits on the 4rabet app. Currently accepted methods are:

6 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 4rabet app are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review the odds and all applicable terms carefully before placing a bet.

• Bet Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with 4rabet app's own rules.
• Odds Changes: The odds in effect at the time a bet is accepted are final. Any subsequent changes to odds will not apply to previously placed bets.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply to each betting category. Please refer to the Payments page for full details.
• Live Betting: If a connection is lost during a live event, any bets already accepted up to that point will remain valid.
• Match Fixing: If an event is voided due to match-fixing or irregularities, all related bets will be cancelled.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

4rabet app offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before opting in.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts generally require 10–30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4rabet app and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair gain (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff members.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

4rabet app may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit the required verification documents.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time.
• By court order or government directive.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though funds may be held during an ongoing investigation.

11 Responsible Gambling

• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a betting break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.

12 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, either party may seek resolution through mediation. The mediator's decision shall be binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
